Meet David and rent his beautiful family house in Italy!
Let me introduce myself, I’m David.
My sisters and I have access to a beautiful family owned property near Imperia in a village called Moltedo in Italy.
If you want to get to know Liguria not as a tourist but as a local you should not hesitate for a second. It’s a small place, not very known by foreigners and very Italian.
My Family owns the property for 20 years now and we still love it as much as when we first moved in.
As we do not have time to stay in it very often and we consider it too precious to be left empty, we got a great idea!
Let’s offer those who do have the time, the opportunity to enjoy our unique house.
Here is our offer from €35 per night for 4 people.
We are looking for genuine people to enjoy the house, people who love the silence of the country side and the sight and smell of olive-trees, but want to be close to beach and at the same time just around the corner from unique cultural sights and cities (Nice, Monte Carlo, Provence, Cote d’Azur, Finale Liguria, San Remo is just about 1 hour ride and less!)
When I am there, I will take care of housekeeping (cleaning, tiding up etc.); and if you want I can also guide you and show the best there is to be seen in the region. I understand how special it is to travel the local way and avoid tourist traps.
At best, we can spend some nice evenings eating and discussing on one of our terraces, but if you want to be left alone this is just as fine.
The house has a beautiful view into an olive orchard that can be accessed through a little path. The only noise you will hear is the sounds of the water running from the small river close by. Sunlight pretty much all day long around the terrace, so a day relaxing at the house will have your tan sorted!
